The Initial Public Offering consisted of a base offering of up to NOK 875m in new shares in addition to an over-allotment option of up to NOK 131m in new shares.The offer price in the Initial Public Offering was set to NOK 30.75 per share.  

The book building and application period for the Initial Public Offering started on 16 November 2021 at 09:00 CET. The retail application period ended on 24 November 2021 at 12:00 CET.
